Greetings Worshipful Masters and Worthy Matrons;

New tax laws and the increased financial status of our fraternity have necessitated that we report our financial status to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

In order for the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge and Prince Hall Grand Chapter to comply with the established tax laws, each lodge and chapter must complete form 990EZ detailing it's past years finances.

Enclosed you will find a sample 990EZ to assist you in completing the form. This form must be completed and returned to this office no later than February 15. Please do not delay in completing this form.

A completed 990EZ must be submitted even if you lodge or chapter did not have any cash flow during the past year. Your reply ensures the Grand Lodge that all information submitted on our final report to the Internal Revenue Service is factual.
